Where is The Outer Den store located?
Our physical store is located in Krugersdorp, where customers can browse selected products, get expert advice, and shop in person.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. You’re welcome to visit our Krugersdorp store at Heritage Square, Rant-en-Dal, Krugersdorp, South Africa, (Opposite Dros Krugersdorp) for in-person assistance and purchases.
What are your store trading hours?
Our store trading hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturdays: 8am – 2pm
Sundays: 8am – 1pm

Can I see products in-store before buying?
Yes. Selected products are available for viewing in-store. Availability may vary, so we recommend contacting us if you’re looking for a specific item.
Can I collect my online order from the store?
Yes. Click-and-collect is available. Simply select the store collection option at checkout if applicable, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
